I charge a 20% cancellation fee for cancellations within 30 hours of your appointment and 50% of service charge for no call no show appointments . Payments can be taken by card, cash or Apple Pay, no cash app• There is absolutely NO REFUND !!!! If a client is unsatisfied with service I will be more than happy to fix/resolve the issue of the set • Any retention or issues with lashes must be reported within 3 days from initial day of service, after it is up to the client for maximum retention • ALLERGY- if you have an allergic reaction to the adhesive or experience swelling/irritation of some sort, first step you will be recommended to take Benadryl or eye drops as this is not an uncommon problem with lash extensions . If issue persists a removal is mandatory and you will be advised to see an urgent care or some sort of health professional, refund policy is still in effect for an issue. Allergic reactions are unpredictable and i do advise you to be aware of this possibility when booking• come with a clean face! There will be a $10 charge for a lash bath if lashes are not clean. I will not lash over anyone else's work; therefore, I will only fill in lash sets that were done by me! • Lash completion generally takes 2-3 hrs, I take my time into every set to ensure lash quality • No extra people are allowed during any appointment . Space is limited . Wavier signage is required for new clients or if requested by me. Late fee is $10 after 10 minutes and cancelled after 15 minutes
